• We do not store payment information. All transactions are securely processed via PayPal or other integrated providers.

4. Money-Back Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or believe a transaction was made in error, you may:

• Contact us directly at contact@trillo.cr and include your PayPal Transaction ID.
• Alternatively, you may open a dispute via PayPal and we will review your request promptly.

All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Abuse of the refund process may result in account restrictions.
